WHAT YOU CAN DO TO REDUCE YOUR RISK OF GETTING COVID AND/OR GETTING A SEVERE INFECTION

You may be wondering what else, aside from vaccination, physical distancing, hand hygiene and wearing a face mask you can do to prevent yourself getting COVID and if you get it, how to reduce your risk of having severe COVID and preventing Long COVID.

Our bodies are amazing and have an innate ability to keep out infection, kill bugs when we come into contact with them and help heal any damage that they may have caused.

With a daily self care practice, attention to maintaining a good balanced immune system that responds appropriately and taking supportive measures at the onset of an illness, you can significantly affect the outcome to exposure and infection with COVID (and many other bugs).

In April 2020 when COVID started, I wrote a blog on tips to boost immunity for children that applies just as much to adults - that is relevant today as it was then. I recommend you take a read then come back to this page to read more specific suggestions below (Thank you for your patience as I add information).
